Wonderful Justice heads BDS American double
20 October 2024
It was great to see Blue Diamond-bred Wonderful Justice making all for a good win in allowance company for his new connections at Belmont at the Big A on Saturday.
The Justify colt was winner of two races for us including the Black Gold Stakes at Fair Grounds. We sold him in our inaugural Fasig-Tipton July HORA draft earlier this year and he now races for Jordan Wycoff and Joe Sharp.
Wonderful Justice is the first foal out of I'm Wonderful, whose current 2yo is debut winner Sashay Away. I'm Wonderful, a Giant's Causeway sister to Grade 1 winner Carpe Diem, has a Blame colt foal (pictured) and is in foal to Tapit.
Also on Saturday, fellow graduate Clifton Down broke through at stakes level over hurdles - by seven lengths - in the Harry E. Harris Stakes at Far Hills.
The Lope De Vega gelding was a winner in France in Juddmonte Farms and now races for Runnymore Racing and trainer Leslie Young.
He is out of Star Of Bristol, a Speightstown half-sister to champion Mastercraftsman. Star Of Bristol has a yearling filly by Saxon Warrior and is in foal to Blame.
