Najeeba brings up the hat trick
27 April 2022
Najeeba looked a filly on the upgrade in Wednesday when landing another yet victory in striking style at Wolverhampton.
Held up in the four-runner event by Hollie Doyle, Najeeba made a sweeping move round the home turn to take it up and win going away. At the line, she had four-and-a-half lengths to spare over the second.
Now the winner of her last three races, the filly has been beautifully handled by Roger and Harry Charlton as well as Maireade, who looks after her.
By Dansili, Najeeba is the second foal out of Rose Of Miracles, a daughter of Dalakhani who was highly rated when in training with William Haggas.
Rose Of Miracles is a half-sister to four winners and closely related to the brilliant champion miler Goldikova and her Group 1-placed brother Anodin, now a successful stallion.
The mare has made a quick start at stud as the dam of our classy stayer Amtiyaz, who carried Imad Al Sagar’s colours to victory in this year’s Copper Horse Stakes at Royal Ascot. He made good progress with time and distance, and hopefully Najeeba will follow suit,
Rose Of Miracles also has a two-year-old colt by Siyouni named Intinso with John and Thady Gosden and a yearling foal by our own multiple Group 1 winner Decorated Knight.
She visits Lope De Vega this year.
