Gorgeous Noora looked something bit special on Saturday when running away with the 6f maiden at Wolverhampton.
The daughter of Raven’s Pass had shaped well on her debut at Chelmsford City when third behind subsequent Montrose Stakes winner Really Special and duly obliged under Adam Kirby on Saturday when scoring by six lengths.
Our first winner with Luca Cumani, Gorgeous Noora was bought by Tony Nerses for 370,000gns out of the Rathbarry Stud draft at Book 2 of last year’s Tattersalls October Sale.
Bred by Kabansk Ltd and Rathbarry Stud, she is the second foal out of the Listed-placed Aneedah, an Invincible Spirit sister to high-class sprinter Muthmir. Aneedah is also a half-sister to Group 3-winning juvenile My Titania.
