12 November 2021
We are delighted to confirm that Decorated Knight‘s fee will remain at €7,500, October 1st terms, for 2022.
A highly promising sire, Decorated Knight has an array of exciting first-crop representatives to run for him next year, making his fee excellent value.
They include:
- SILVER BULLET LADY: the impressive winner of her debut at Salisbury for Roger Charlton
- WIND YOUR NECK IN: a two-time winner, having scored impressive victories at Salisbury and Newmarket for David Evans
- DAMAAR: the taking winner of his debut at Sandown for John Gosden
- ZAIN NIGHTS: successful in a competitive Newbury novice for Roger Charlton
- CHARMING KNIGHT: a two-time winner
- KNIGHT OF HONOUR: a fast-finishing third on his debut for John Gosden
Roger Charlton is looking forward to unleashing Zain Nights next season. “Zain Nights showed himself like his sire to be tough and talented in winning at Newbury and I’m sure he will progress again next year,” he said.
Similarly, John Gosden likes what he has seen from the Decorated Knight 2yos so far.
“Damaar, like other Decorated Knights, has shown a great attitude in his training,” he said, “and displayed it well in his race at Sandown.”
Decorated Knight was a brilliant triple Group 1 winner who captured the Irish Champion Stakes, Tattersalls Gold Cup and Jebel Hatta. By Galileo, he is also from an outstanding family as a son of Pearling, a sister to three-time champion sire Giant’s Causeway.
