Group 3 winner
Green Destiny made relentless progress for William Haggas during the summer of 2011.
After opening his four-year-old season by capturing a competitive handicap at Newmarket’s Guineas meeting, the son of Marju ran out the three-and-a-half length winner of the prestigious John’s Smith Cup at York.
He later successfully made the leap to Group company when taking the Group 3 Strensall Stakes at York and again when successful in the Group 3 Dubai Duty Free Arc Trial at Newbury, beating the subsequent triple Group 1 winner Al Kazeem. He was later sold to join the yard of Herman Brown.
