BDS-bred Londoner back to winning ways

It was great to see Londoner, co-bred by Blue Diamond Stud with the Irish National Stud, return to winning ways at Newcastle on Sunday.
Formerly smart for Aidan O'Brien, the Saxon Warrior gelding was making only his second start for Daniel and Claire Kubler and showed a fine attitude to win cosily under David Egan.
Londoner was bred by us out of the Group 1 Prix de l'Abbaye heroine Gilt Edge Girl.
His win followed that of fellow Blue Diamond-bred Gegenpressing for Eddie and Patrick Harty at Sligo on Monday. It was the fifth victory for The Gurkha gelding, who was bred by us out of Bouyrin.
