Princess Noor runs away with the Princess Margaret Stakes

We are delighted to announce the addition of our top-class two-year-old Princess Noor to the first book of Decorated Knight.

Princess Noor was one of the best two-year-olds to carry our colours. After winning her debut, she captured the Group 3 Princess Margaret Stakes at Ascot in emphatic fashion, drawing clear under Andrea Atzeni for a two-length success. From there, she signed off her juvenile campaign with a brave second to Vorda in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes.

The daughter of Holy Roman Emperor, who is closely related to Dream Ahead, has a yearling filly by New Approach, a filly foal by Australia and is back in foal to Sea The Stars.

Winner of this year’s Irish Champion Stakes, Tattersalls Gold Cup and Jebel Hatta, Decorated Knight was bred by Blue Diamond Stud out of Pearling, a sister to champion sire Giant’s Causeway and from the further family of Dansili.

The son of Galileo is standing his first season at the Irish National Stud at a fee of €15,000.

Also slated for Decorated Knight’s first book are Listed winner Dawn Of Hope, dual Listed winner Nouriya, who is the dam of our Group 3 winner Aljazzi, Group 3 winner Shaden and Group 3 winner Lady Wingshot.
